Corvette - powered by Ford!

Nothing is worse than a 32 Ford with a bowtie smallblock. It's the never ending automotive cliche and increasingly a sign of a psuedo-enthusiast uninterested in performance instead being drawn into simply having something that they think is cool on the cheap. And while all that really matters is that they like it the unfortunate reality is that these are typically the people who most care about what others think.....ironic.

Ha-ha! Yes! I've also heard of a Ford 302 V8-powered 1st gen Camaro anyone have pics of that?
And I agree that putting a bowtie engine in a Ford body is just wrong! Then again, Ford-bodied hot rods ARE better looking than Chebbys - why do you think so many people do it?

It's go for what ya know. I've seen a GN sourced V6 in a vette that would mop up all the V8 brethren. Many people want power, performance, etc not brand loyalty. I have a friend who is planning to put an LS2 into a Fox. I've seen a 426 Hemi powered 57 chevy as well and countless chevy powered poncho's, 5.0 miatas etc.
