Yea it was! I thought they did very good job on creating it, walk back in time with the displays. Then the huge open area with the vetts going around.

I never got the chance to walk thru the plant. I was on a day road trip, so was in and out then off to mammoth cave area. Kentucky is a cool state, one of my favorites.
I did hear if you purchase a one, you can go watch your car being made, then drive it out of the plant. That'd be pretty cool.
Chevy does a great job with that car.

If Ford had something like the Corvette engine build experience for the Mustang it would be amazing! I mean, the mustang shaped the pony cars we have today

Ford should have bought all those rare mustangs rolling across the auction block this past Barrett Jackson auction!
There were plenty of unique ones.

As it happend, I was able to visit the Corvette Plan two times with my family......the first time was in 1990 when the ZR1 was rolling down the line being built, then again in 1993 when the 40th Vettes were being built! The 40th's were so cool because of the Ruby Red Mettalic paint and Ruby Red leather! I'll admit that while you are there they do a great job of making you a fan.......you leave the plant wanting to go buy one!!

Never knew there was one of those. That's going on road trip list of things to do.
How'd you like it? Or you still never been?
