Jeremy is really an idiot.
Before criticizing what the rest of the world is doing, he should be looking at the British auto-industry, which is non-existing since most of British auto-companies are owned by foreign manufacturers.

Relax, Red...don't have a calf. Yes, Clarkson is a pompous buffoon much of the time, and the British auto industry is all but non-existent anymore for very good reason, but he IS right about the Sebring.

Bash America - they trashed the F-150. Said the interior was poorly put together and showed pictures of parts askew. Didn't the Ford dealer want to make a good impression?

I don't see how can he be right about Sebring.

There are plenty of Eastern European cars that are a lot worse than Sebring.

Your making it seem like the Sebring is a stupendous automobile (which we all pretty much know its not). And does Eastern Europe make a car that is as bad? I'm sure they do, but the Sebring is THAT BAD!!

Anyone remember that British-Indian CityRover that they test on Top Gear? When James had to go undercover because Rover would give a CityRover to Top Gear?

How is Sebring worse than that car?

That vid Hollywood posted was hilarious. Clarkson is hilarious but he does talk out of his butt sometimes. And Top Gear is horrid when it comes to knowing info about American cars. I remember one episode where the thought a shelby GT was a GT500, and another where they thought a V6 was a GT!

All they had to do was look under the hood GEEZ!

Yeah, I remember that episode. How can you compare a car that sells for what it sells for (Sebring, loaded out is close to $30K, and is in the midsize converible class, vs a car that sells for 3,000 pounds, UK (about $6,000 here, give or take), and is in the "supermini" class. Of course that car is a POS. Look at the price, how small. The Chrysler is marketed as a wonderful car and for how much it costs, it **** well out to be, but isn't!

You can't compare the two.
