Oh, it'll be the same story when the Camaro arrives...unless oil has reached $200 a barrel by then, of course.

 

Oh yes, poor Camaro will be so late to the party.

 

I like the new Challenger, but I'd just as soon let the Camaro pass by if the production version looks anything like the concept. Man, what an ugly car...

 

I've little doubt Camaro fans will be quick to gobble them up in the early days, though.

And they'll be the ones willing to fork over the ADMs...just like the hardcore Shelby aficionados who weren't willing to wait until the market stabilized on GT500s.

 

The shelby finatics, have been known to spend 1/4-1/2 million on the originals and therefor 20-30 over msrp is nothing, I don't know about too many early camaros other than the yanko's that have a heritage like the shelby name associated with the mustang (if there is I don't know of it)

 

"Hemi" + "Challenger" - the magic words that = $$$$$ to Dodge salespeople's eyes...

 

All these cars will fetch big dolla in the beginning as early demand exceeds supply.

 

ZL1, Bergers, Nickeys, Baldwin Motions, Harrell's, Gibb, plain COPO's, just to name a few. ZL1's are the most premium. DZ 302's though not a niche car will fetch quite a bit as well.
