that specific thing doesnt bother me, but the execution of it isnt impressing me that much. i think the funky rectangles with circular gauges inside are turning me off. i cant make a real thought about it. Although i bet it will be at least slightly different in the actual production model.

It looks like an early tester, and there seems to be some panels missing. I don't like the looks of the steering wheel.

The whole thing looks like it will be rather close to the concept car in styling and design -- good, bad or indifferent.

For me, it's basically good as they seem to be retaining some of the nice detailing into production and the overall execution seems well done (from what you can see at least). Bad in that the slightly awkward tailing treatment will be retained. Keeping the concept's the 20" wheels it seems too.

I'm reserving judgement on the interior as that looks a bit rougher in this development stage, so it might come together better than it looks here. But at this point, it is looking a bit overstyled, sacrificing too much form for function rather than melding the two well.

Wow that sucks, how come chevy always makes super ugly vents in their cars. and the guages are extremely unuseful.

with the center axis so far off on the wheel wouldn't it crush your legs if you turn it around?

^Thats in the concept. The other photos make me laugh, if the interior looks like that (I dont think quite that bad, that's probably a tester model) then Chevy blew their chance to steal sales from the Mustang. Only hardcore Camaro guys would buy that. It's butt-fugly! The usual GM cheap interior plastics, which I should expect, because they are even in the Corvette.

They are trying to re-create the old ones with the useless gauge positions.

Even though the steering wheel is ugly, why does the Camaro get its own steering wheel and the Corvette get the same one as the Cobalt?
