Yikes. Drove one as a rental a couple weeks ago in Boston and was fairly impressed with it, certainly not the utter khrapp GM was plying on the gullible even recently.
While I can think of some improvements, it is definitely a credible small car - good to see more American companies actually taking this segment seriously. Ford definitely is and the Dodge Dart seems promising too.

Meh... anybody remeber the recall Ford had on the faulty speed control switch a few years ago for a fire hazard? (3.6 million vehicles)
I did like the blurb about flaming clutch fluid on the Cruze though.
