Actually I beleive the V-8 vantage is a throw back to the 70's Vantage. it's the car that pulled AM out of the brink of disaster.

It is hailed as Britains first supercar. It was supposedly faster than the comperable ferrari back in the day.

 

yeah the V8 is a fast car, I think 350 hp. That platform carried over into the Virage that eventually got twin superchargers and up to 650 hp from the factory.

 

actually, I don't care if they called it "The Flying DutchmanMobile Of Fecis County South Of Essex", I still want one.
