Very nice, a more modern alternative to the DCX LX platform cars (300C, Magnum, Charger). Surprised they aren't using the ubiquitous 400hp version of the LS2 motor, especially with the MTX, as was found in the GTO. Maybe for a later GT-V version or something. But the 362hp version still puts it a touch above the Hemis, which don't come with a stick.
Styling is nice and clean, if not overly adventuresome or gorgeous. Hood scoops are a bit cliched, but not too goofily adolescent as far as those things go. Hopefully the interior will have the excellent design and materials quality of the just departed GTO. Those Aussies really are making some great cars, I only hope Ford and GM bring more of them Stateside as they seem much more interesting than most of the cars designed and built here.
A shame FoMoCo has absolutely nothing that comes close to this or the aforementioned LX cars (don't even start on the AARP-approved Panther chassis relics). Maybe this will further push Ford to get serious with the Interceptor.

I like the nose and general design, but the scoops, and ricer tail lights gotta go. Those minor quibbles are forgivable though because it's RWD and available in a (real) stick. Glad to see the days of FWD pontiacs are ending.

Ok let's see here....
EVO front end.
Altezza style taillights.
Volkswagen Wheels..
Pimp, unpimp, pimp, unpimp.....
Yet another dysfunctional design from the GM studio.
Good Job Lutz....
oh, yeah the *** end of a 2001 civic sedan.

That's cool . . I was trying to understand your "stubby look" comment from your earlier post and thought it had something to do with the front overhang.

Good Lord! I just saw the numbers on this bad boy, and they are amazing!
V6 and GT models!
Oh, and the knocks on the tail lights... has anyone seen the ones on the Fusion?
