This should help 04 sales even more .... I guess the base C6 won't be top brass for GM until the Z06 comes back.

They'll be putting the dual exhaust tips on opposite sides of the car. It actually sounds pretty nice.

 

Yeah...another 50 horses and 30 of the twisty stuff...If the styling wasn't so bland I would love this car.

 

OH trust me...the Base C6 will be top brass. Easilly. IT has the 400HP as well, only, it's about 800lbs lighter. It will SMOKE the 05 GTO. B)

 

BTW, it's going to be interesting when the Mags do comparisons between the GTO and the Cobra, and the Cobra is STILL quicker....They will be thinking, how is the GTO a bit slower yet it has 10 more horsepower?


The Cobra of course is underrated and will still have more power than the GTO. Although the GTO will altogether be a much better package than the Cobra. (despite it's blandness.)

 

Automatic is standard. Schweet.

 

Even on the 04s...the auto was standard...manual was the option...

Thought there was a lot of 04s on the lots...just WAIT till everyone catches wind of this. I wouldn't doubt SO many people would be cancelling their 04 orders...

It would be like the 06 Mustang GT having the 5.4 3v and 350 underated HP..

I thought the autos were standard on almost all GM cars. It has always been that way, they actually charge more for a cheaper option(manual) on every other car in the world! WHY? who knows!
