yeah, but it looks dangerous, youre not strapped to anything
I think the ZR1 looks better in the grey color
my question is, how long before billionaire boy decides to see what he's got, and wrecks it?

Wont happen. This is going into his private collection. Plus Ron Fellows is going to give him a private driving school in it. However, with the purchase of every ZR1 you get to go to a high performance driving school for free.
I had the chance to meet Mr. Ressler and his family in person when he took delivery of his car at the National Corvette Museum. They have a love for cars, and have the funds to buy the nice ones. This car could not have gone to a better person. I had no clue that it would be there that day, and I got there just as they were rolling it in.
Here is a thread that I started on another forum...

Yep. He bought it on Barrett Jackson in January. The video is on youtube. Most of it was to charity, and he also donated another fifty thousand dollars to other charities while he was there. Before the auction was over he actually raised his own bid $100,000.
He owns a couple of Chevrolet dealerships in North Dakota and Montana.
This guy has 2 dealerships and has been in business for about 30 years....hardcore collector and not someone who is going to wreck one carelessly. He has been a staple at Barrett Jackson for a few years now and is entertaining to watch bid. He is also very generous when it comes to charitable causes from what I've heard.
