1000hp Challenger Superbird?
1000hp Challenger Superbird?
Not quite sure what to make of this. It's a Dodge, not a Plymouth...at least call it a 500.

I'd much rather see a styling experiment with a Charger converted to a coupe and then treated it to the nose, wing and engine mods.

That's Joels challenger. He's a member of Team Spakin' Time out here in SoCal. Their shop is about 13 miles from my house.
All their cars are street legal and their lowest rated car is at 770rwhp. Mostly Mopar with Kenne Bells. Jesse now has a twin turbo kit on his challenger and is making like 920rwhp on E85.
When I get my forced induction, I'm having Adam at Spankin Time Motorsports tune it.

The challenger didn't need 17,000 ft. to reach 200 mph. Just sayin.
The Vice President of Shelby has his GT500 Code Red tuned by ST motorsports.
Can the GT500 reach 200+ in the Texas mile? The Challenger with 1000HP reaches it on the 6,000 ft. tarmac. The GT500 needed roughly 17,000 ft. to reach the 200mph mark. That's a difference of about 3 miles. The SVT team took it to Nardo Ring in Italy to get it that fast.
I do give it to SVT for delivering a 200mph muscle car from the factory. Lets see what the top speed for the Hellcat will be.
Edit: fixed numbers
