Sorry guys just passing along what I heard ....if its true or not time will tell I hope its B.S. but I got this in late feb early march .
I heard on the news that they are trying to get the Canadian Government to cut the gas tax after 85cents a liter ,even at a dollar a liter they are saying its too much for low income families ,airlines ,famers and truckers to name a few .

 

We will have to test that theory out when we meet at the end of the month. Between a few of the cars there I should get enough gas to make it home.

It has a latch that you have to pull from inside the car

 

I doubt people can be that organised

besides, all any gas station has to do is drop the price 10 cents for an hour and you will see everyone cave.

Now that fall is comming, I'm going try to find myself a deal on a bike. Won't help me much this year, but if prices keep going up like they are, come spring, it could be a good purchase.

Well guys, the gaz here in montreal was selling for $1,12 a liter , and that's regular of course......so i'm cutting down on beer....

 

If this keeps up I'll build a barn out back and get a 4 leged Mustang

 

I do belive that with the problem of people wanting to kill them off that maybe one could be adopted, I'd sure think on relocation and do it !

I went to Boston on a trip earlier this month and on the way back in Maine they had gas in $/litre on a sign and it was $0.859 (not sure if it was CDN or not) and as soon as we crossed the border into NB it was $1.129/litre for regular 87 octane.

now in Nova Scotia it ranges from $1.129 to $1.179

 

Driving home yesterday from Kitchener here are the prices I saw.....

Kitchener $1.01
Service Center off the highway (just before London) $0.94
Reeces Corners (near my place about 15 minutes before Sarnia) $1.03

Glad I filled up at the service center.

 

Just saw a news article. People in London England pay $6.50 per gallon. Man, we are lucky. States pays less than us so they are even better off.

 

It was 93.9 on the way back down 6 in hamilton...line ups...

Yep, I gassed up
