Well ladies and gentlemen, the sun is out today and melting most of the snow. Hard to beleive that on March 29th, it will be 2 years since i was presented with the vert. Even had the top down. Hopefully we will be able to do the same in a couple of weeks. I curentley have a C&L intake, XCAL II and Steeda under drive pullies being shipped as we speek. They will probably be my final mod for 07 .


So....who will be the first on the road for 07? (not including Dan!!)

I'm putting my money on Steve. I think he is jonesing big time lmfao!!

 

Don't you Eastern Boys have to find a Gas Station with Gas to hit the Road.


BTW, Mines staying in Storage til Mid April, Potholes, Mud and Salt.

 

Does firing up the stang to take it out of the garage while I fix another one count? In that case I already caved.

Once all the salt is gone, the insurance company will be taking my money again, probably by the end of this month.

 

Had mine out last Friday, the area roads are a mixture of dry spots and west spots due to melting snow. Felt good to get the mustang out. Has I said in a prevous post I was grinning the whole time, funny how mustangs make you smile from ear to ear.

 

Mine should be out around that time ,fired her up last weekend and now it's just about ready to go ....common spring!

I have my car out on the road too, never stored my '05 either, drove it all winter. Snow tires will be in my future for my new ride though.

 

Oh MAN guys I'm dying!! My date is April 14th. It's in storage in Muskoka at my parent's house - they get back from being out west April 14th, so I'll hitch a ride up with them and then bring Anna back home that day. Brakes are off right now being painted anyways until the end of the month, so it's less tempting.

This has been a hard winter wihtout her!!

 

I kinda cheated, and drove mine a few times this winter on the nice days, but I took it out yesterday, and filled it up with gas.

This morning, I see there is a heavy snow fall warning for regina, with 15cm of snow on the way, so it could be a while yet before I am driving it daily.

 

I almost took mine out for a spin last night w/o insurance. Hopefully we get a good rain to get all the sand off the roads.

 

Picked up my C&L CAI , SCT Xcall2 and the steeda UDP. So you can only imagine what i'm going through. Thanx to member bigaloz for the great buy but I will never ship or accept anything from UPS. What a scam they have going.

My insurance payments are at the end of the month so i think i'll wait till the end of april. In the meantime, the Mod installs and a bumper to bumper clean and shine will keep me busy.

 

The battery is still out of the car....

Up where I am...even after all the melting, we still have a good chunk, and the road is still sandy, wet and pot holey....

Hopefully after this minor freeze...next week will be double digits again,
and the snow will take its azz out the door...

 

Called and put insurance for Monday.
Got home, took her out of the garage.
Started her up. Had a tingle (guys will know what i'm talkin about).
Went and picked up the kid from school!!!!

Yes I broke down.
But what a feeling.

Friday the 23rd was the first. What a treat. Lookin forward to this week, had lots of rain the past few days and now I see sun, sun and more sun in the forecast.
