I think they're being purposefully deceitful and giving the entire corporation a bad name.

 

But what's your basis for thinking that way? You've had dealings with them? Can you go into details? You've gotta be able to back your story up if they feel you're being libelous.

I ordered a 2005 mustang in January here in Maine. I ordered it in Screaming Yellow, well, I got a phone call last week stating that my mustang would be in with in 2 weeks. My husband and I stopped by the dealership this past week to get a trade in value for my Jeep, at that time, I was informed that they made a mistake and ordered a Black 05. Now it's too late to put another order in for 05, and they said when we were in there on Friday that they would look all over the United States and try to find yellow to trade. Well, I called back today (they were supposed to call me and have yet to), and they said there were none in New England. But I had already checked with a contact of mine and new there was one in IL available. Is there anything I can do to get them to step it up. They are the worst dealership ever!!! I need any help I can get at this point. Who do I file a complaint with in order to get things done. So far I have only been dealing with sales managers, is there someone else I need to speak with to get things taken care of?? Please Help!!!!!
