Thanks Tony - Took a short hike on the Blue Ridge today, it was sunny, no clouds and in the low 60's. Starting tomorrow thru Tuesday morning they are calling for up to 10 inches of snow - guess that will get us in a Christmas spirit.

And a happy New Year!
I will be going to Florida between Christmas and New Years to visit my dad in Lakeland. Should be fun.
Tony, long time off the net, been busy with my job. It changes around here fast on the MS Forum. How is your new 06?
Ranger, I need to race you some day...

Hi 38 - Was wondering where you been. Where in Florida are you going? Spent a number of years in the Tampa Bay and Panhandle areas. Regarding racing, I remember what you got in your Stang.

Ranger,
My dad lives part of the year in Lakeland Florida.
Your car has similar stuff to mine, except maybe the comp cats so I may have 5 hp on you! But with my gut, I'm pushing 235 lbs at 6 feet, you may have me beat!

38 Special -
Use to live near Clearwater, what I remember is from the 70's and Lakeland at that time was beautiful, small and quaint. Our 'big snow" so far is only 2 1/2 inches. The car has been at the dealer for a week tomorrow. That TSB related to the intermittent growling sound in 4th reared its head around 6,000 miles When Ford first had the problem, they just replaced the whole tranny but now they give the dealers a kit to install some re-designed parts.

It has been snowing most of the day here. Mostly wet snow. I say we have about 4" out there now This wet cold mess can go back where it came from

Tony looks like you're going to get dumped on today.
Wish it was here, at least I could go skiing.

Merry Christmas to everybody!
As far as the snow/ice/cold goes...when I finally get to retire, I'm tying a snowshovel to the roof of my Mustang and driving south until somebody says "Hey, what's that on your roof?"
Oh, and Happy Festivas too!

Last Friday I spent the day scraping the driveway - with our elevation and wind chill, it never even came close to melting. Looks like I may get to do it again this Friday!!!! I'm ready for Spring and the cruise-ins/shows.
