The Kent Island Cruisers annual Father's Day Car Show is June 19th from 9 to 2 at the Kent Island High School. They had over 200 cars last year.

It's also over early enough to enjoy a Father's Day lunch at one of the area's seafood restaurants.

I'll be there with the kids as my wife will be in Ft. Lauderdale with her sister (on Father's Day no less!...I get no respect ).

Here's their website http://clubs.hemmings.com/frameset.cfm?club=kentcruis

Maybe I can make it to that one.

Ed, I didn't make it to the show, HUGH "honey-do" list.

Any pictures?

Nice show! They had almost 300 cars, breaking the record that was set just last year.

At this rate it may outgrow the parking lot next year!

Here's some pics.

Oh yea, wish me luck. The local volunteer fire department is raffling off a 2005 Mustang GT Convertible. Redfire with dark charcoal leather, IUP and polished rims.

They're $20.00 a ticket and the drawing is August 13th.

Unfortunately my son put it best when he said, "we can't even win the cake raffle at Cub Scouts!" :bang:

Ed, thanks for the pictures. Looks like it was a fun show.
I got to make it next year.

Good luck with the raffle.
We just won a DVD player at a raffle held by our local gas station, so it could happen
