All, Jenro's off Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach has started the car show/get togethers on Saturdays. They normally start getting together around 5-6pm. It's in the Haygood shopping center. All types of cars, I used to take my '73 Mach I up there years ago. My buddy goes every weekend, and said he hasn't seen a 05 yet...... I'll be there, gives me another reason to wax my car again..... See ya all there!!! The regional section doesn't get much traffic that's why I posted this here......

 

Well, maybe when I take delivery of an '06 in Oct....Do they meet all year long?

 

I think until the Oct-Nov. time frame they do it. After that it's hunting season so I'm normally in the woods. You can still come up and check out all the cars and have a few drinks.

 

I might even pick up the first round, does beer work?????

If we can get some people together, we can run from Jenro's and do a run down around the ocean front between 8-9 pm. If anybodys got any other ideas throw them my way.

 

I'm going up to Jenro's tonight between 5-6 pm. They had some nice cars last week. It's at the corner of Independance and Haygood in Haygood shopping center. I'm going to go wash and wax my baby.

I was thinking about going up there next weekend, but I have to work at the hunting club all day..... If I go I might not get there until 6 or 7. There has been alot of cars up there lately. I went last weekend, there has been about 10 or so '05-'06's making it up there which is cool. I'll let ya know if I'm gonna make it or not later in the week.

Have been there twice w/ my 06, but last Saturday I got there late due to some awesome boating earlier.

There is also an All Ford show 10/8 at the church next to Beach Ford. Looks like a big show. Same day there is a Shine Before the Snow - show at Khedive Temple 645 Woodlake Dr. in Ches. This may even be bigger. Choices, choices. Which one to go to that day??????
Also 10/1, the Mustang Club of Tidewater is having thier 24th annual Fall Festival car show in Franklin, VA.

 

This weekend Sat. and Sun. they are having a car show/airplane show at the airport in Suffolk, they are supposed to have some P-51 Mustangs and a bunch of old airplanes. I was gonna see about getting a picture of my car with a P-51.

 

Oooh - I may make it out there Sunday afternoon. Saturday I'll be at the Central VA Mustang Club show in Glen Allen!

 

We should start our own get togethers so that when we go to jenros or other such places we can show up with like 10 cars or so, it looks cooler.
