AACA Museum Mustang Rally

I just got a flyer for the 3rd Annual Mustang Rally being held Sunday, September 3rd from 0900 - 1600 at the AACA Museum at Hershey, PA.

They also have an exhibition on Musclecars that runs through October. It looks like a good excuse for a road trip in our new '07 Pony.

Just thought I'd pass along the info.

Too bad that the class H, is only for 2005+ coupes (closed), and not convetibles (open). Its okay for me, but not for several of my friends I routinely go to shows with, they have 05+ convertibles. I would do this show, but it won't be the same without my crew. Not a good way to organizing this. all classes should be for both open and closed cars.

05ford, your vert friends can attend. Class D is for 64 to present
Check the link

It took me a few minutes to read all the classes.

William, thanks for the heads up. I noticed that too after I posted it, but in all fairness, when you put all convertibles in one class, from the 1st cars to the present S197's, the 60's cars always get more votes, since they are the 1st gen cars, and they will get more votes especially if there in great shape. I've seen it many, many times, when I was grouped together with all Mustangs in one show. I didn't have a chance. I just think if your going to have judging, it should be against the same year (or by generaltion) of car, thats all.

BTW, I will pass this show along to my crew. Some are from Jersey, and this show isn't the closest to them.

I agree the event should be judged by years / bodystyle, not if its a coupe or a vert. I know most shows do the years even the MCA.

Give them a chance its only the third time they've done this.
