Also, Jeremy, it's funny, I haven't seen any 05s on the road around here, and yet you are driving one with the same exterior and interior as mine will have! I certainly woulda noticed if I would have seen you on the road, but is the car in storage?

BMC is the Black Mustang club (http://www.blackmustangclub.com). No, it's not in storage. It's my daily driver. I live over by MLK and Mt. Hope, and I generally only drive back and forth to school (Cooley - downtown). So even though it's not in storage, it's not on the road a lot either.
I did catch a glimpse of a Screaming Yellow '05 on Monday morning, but I couldn't tell if it was a GT or V6 (it was a block away).

Man, I'm just off Penn. between Mt. Hope and 496. You are quite close (not like Lansing is a huge town anyway). I got to LCC two days a week, I'll have to look for it around Cooley when I'm downtown...

Yeah, I know the gut. I used to cruise there with my V-max, but nobody wanted to race (wonder why :-).
Anyway, I don't hang out there much because the cars/people tend to be pretty ghetto.
I'm getting my Stang whenever Ford sees fit to build it...I'm clean/unscheduled right now. Hopefully I'll have it in March/April, just about the time the weather starts getting nice.

I agree the gut got a little ghetto/riced-out there for a while. I usually would go up there with my friend (89 Notch) and we would talk with his LS1 friends. They're all pretty cool.
jeremeyp - the gut is usually at the corner of Jolly & Cedar in that parking lot by subway. Usually Friday & Sat nights in the Spring & Summer. Once in a while down at Sams or Hooters off Edgewood Blvd. The old Farmer Jack parking lot is usually where all the ricers hangout -- least it was last year.
I've also went to the past few "Cruisin' The Gut" car shows they have downtown. Tons of muscle. There are usually 3 events during the summer months - I think this year's will be June 5th, July 17th and Sept 18th. They had some nice stangs up there. Last year was my first time seeing a Saleen Cobra - kinda limited production so that was really cool.
Shea - that's cool about your 2005. That's gonna be awesome ~
I'm down for getting together some time for a cruise/convoy of the stangs.
