As of today, 2 outta of the 3 GTs at Willowbrook have been sold (BTW, they are now taking a/d/x/z plans for orders)

 

I went in there and they were going to try add 2k to the car I wanted for a "market adjustment". Then they knocked it off in the end, leaving the price at MSRP. I told the guy to go back and talk to his manager because I won't buy a car for MSRP. I told him in an angry tone that he should also check with his manager on the X plan because I know I can order one at Packey Webb currently using the plan. The guy came back 30 seconds later and said he would take the X-plan. I am going to order mine using the X plan on Monday.

 

Cool, I don't want to even guess what the guy paid for the black GT...

(Ordered mine from Packey Webb, and the salesguy, Grif, was truly awesome...no problem with the Z-plan, and I drop in every so often to check on the status. )

 

I saw two 05 Mustangs in Monmouth at City Ford. I dont know if it was GT or V6 but one was Windveil Blue with the white mustang striping on the rockers.

 

Rocker Stripes come from the factory on V6s only...but it could be a dealer add-on...

 

Packey Webb in Wheaton has 2 Silver GTs (one was built the first week of production 9/06 )

They should get another batch in about two weeks (mine will be in that batch )
