Building new garage/shop

Well, guys n gals, i think I have settled on what house to buy-found a nice brick ranch on 10 acres in Pittsboro-going to build a shop/garage with enough space for 12 stalls + 2 oversize for 5th wheel rv and my work truck. I will have enough equipment there that we can do work days, if you wish-three hoists, plus a full complement of FoMoCo specialty tools and diagnostic equipment-even thought about a chassis dyno for a very short time-leaving that for the speed shops around indy. There will be a meeting room and office upstairs with a full kitchen and a bbq setup-can have a big party b4 heading off to Birmingham for the 45th!!!
