While I'm in Detroit I may go to the Henry Ford Museum. But before I pay $50 to go through it, I'd like to know what Mustangs are on display. I know they used to have the 1962 Mustang I Concept, 1963 Mustang II Concept, 1964 1/2 Mustang VIN #1, and Bill Clinton's '67 convertible. Can anyone update this info?
i went to detriot with my dad last march i dont rember paying 50 but they have the first stang, 2 of the concepts, and thats all i rember they have all types of cars even a 0 miles toyota from the 70s and a 84 tarus with no miles it also has a non automotive museum that was amazing (lincolns chair that he got shot in,rosa parks bus, airplanes, antique guns and more trust me its worth the 50$
o yeah dont go to the racing muesum in the same parking lot that was a waste of money when your in detriot places to visit the walter p chyrsler museum, 8-mile road, me and my dad snuck in the chrsyler office building and the parking lot had all the 300C mules before the car came out
I think the list of 'Stangs you listed are still the ones they have on display.
They have a ton o'cars from Henry Ford's first car, the Quadracycle to current cars.
Neat place. I think you can get admission to both the HF Museum and GV for a discount if you get them both at the same time. I think my membership entitles a discount on tickets. Let me know how many you need. I'd be glad to drive over there and get them for you.

I was at the estate when I was a kid. And as a kid... everything is boring
I don't remember most of it... but I remember the pool area and how he had heated benches in there. His son (or is it his daughter) estate is much nicer.

My sister-in-law works at The Pool Restrauant at The Henry Ford Estate. Its not terribly exciting, but it is interesting to see how one of the world's auto barons lived.
Amy mentioned she picked up discount coupons...I can get them discounted with the membership. Either way lets us know. I'd be happy to stop there on my way home from work (drive by it every day) and pick up tix for ya.
