14 GTs, no markup
I went to Sunset Ford in south St. Louis today. They had a boat load of V6s, every color except LL, and a Ford GT
(the supercar, not the Mustang), but no GT Mustangs. I asked the salesman, and he said that dealerships are having trouble selling GTs in the northern, snowed-in states, so their dealership had purchased 14 from various dealers up north and was having them trucked down to St. Louis for sale. He said none of the 14 were spoken for, there was no markup (but no deals, either), and test drivers were welcome. They are supposed to be in next Thursday, Feb. 17th, in case anyone is interested. Of course, he could have been full of manure. Sound reasonable?

No idea on color. I didn't get the salseman's name or card (he didn't offer), as I had already told him that I was participating in the '05 Pony Drive, and would be getting mine in Flat Rock in June. He knew about the Pony Drive and said an employee of the dealership was also going the same route, though more for the price or the cruise, he didn't say.

The dealer I got mine from here in the Chicago area had bought it from a dealer in Iowa, and had another that came from Oklahoma. They were having trouble just getting a few of them to display. They also had a red GT supercar with white stripes in the showroom that isn't for sale. Someone had offered twice the sticker price and they still said no. If someone offered 500k they would maybe consider it.
