I wanted to put something together for those who wanted to get together, in case you dont get to make it to our meet in Encinitas, or want another excuse to hang out with Mustangs.

June 25th, We are doing a BEACH party! Come anytime during the day. We are going to be doing a bonfire for dinner, so if you wanna just come down later and hang out, make sure to bring something to BBQ! We are meeting in Huntington Beach, Lifeguard Tower #13.

I will need a good head count of who is wanting to show, so I can mark off the right number of spaces.

and its on 101 that elminates Escondido which is off the 15 out in BFE. Sheesh no wonder you cant give propper directions to anywhere.

Who was it that made the mistake about DIRECTIONS to the SHOW? Yeh, you, the one who LIVES THERE.

I suppose confusing Escondido, and Encinitas is not as bad as confusing NORTH for SOUTH? Why would one travel SOUTH on the 405 to get to NORTH OC from SD county??? You using some Sapporo for a compas? Not my fault you heard wrong then couldnt use common sense to figure it out for 45 minutes.

 

whatever girl I didnt hear wrong...in fact if you recall I even said that makes no sense I dont know of a 405 south exit when heading north on the 5...but since you were the one living there I figured you must have known better....but oh well. and as far as the directions to the show in may that was a typo that I made in the one email....but all the rest of the posts had it right and it was a typo of left and right....not to mention all of those socalstangs guys made the wrong turn off the freeway anyway and that was the right directions given each and everytime they were given....if it werent for Surfn catching up and turning them around they all wouldve ended up at the beach.

for any one coming from San Diego if you are interested I am putting together a cruise up...there is an exotic car meet that same day in the parking lot of the Carlsbad Outlet Mall in front of StarBucks that goes on from 7am-10am....I will be going to this at 8am like I do every month and if anyone is interested in meeting there we can cruise up together when its over...roughly around 10, most people like to hang on the side walk and watch these guys showboat as they take off....let me know and I will meet you there, there is usually a good crowd of Mustangs that attend and we park together as this is open to everyone and all cars (good number of sports cars and muscle cars)....it is definately worth checking out these cars.

 

The beach party sounds great, but I'm going to be in Vegas that weekend. I look forward to the next one.

 

Ill be up there, finally got my rims and tires, my tune done and hopefully have my steeda springs all the way around by then.

 

I should be down in SD friday night, so I will roll up with you to the car show early sat morning Richard. I then get to drive to Norco to get my dog. Now that is BFE.

Im actully going to have two cars there, my wife asked some coworkers to go. Although they don't have Mustangs. I agreed to bring them (J/K).

ok just talked to rabbitt on the phone she says the beach is on PCH and Beach Blvd. right at the intersection. Coming north turn left at the light directly into the parking lot. Once you enter the lot you are going to go south (left) to Lifegaurd tower 13 and park she will be waiting. Remember to bring some food and drink. She was wondering what everyone was bringing and if anyone had a grill to bring to grill the food. Dont bother trying to contact her she is taking care of her husband and cant be reached unless you know her phone number. If you have questions go ahead and relay them through me. You do not need to bring a lot just enough for yourself and those that are coming with you. She will be getting there around 11am and I should be getting up there around the same time depending on traffic. I hope to see you all out there.

 

good luck finding good parking at 11am on a saturday. She needs to get there at 9am. The lot will probably be full...and DEFINITLY there will not be more than 2 or 3 spots together.
