*Pasadena/Highland Park Mustang Get together*
A few of us were debating last weekend/early this week about getting together this weekend for a little cruise. We really don't care if you drive a datsun b210 if you want to show up and go for a relaxing drive.
This is the official notice of that meet.
Proposed Meet Time: 9a-9:30a (leaving for drive at 9:45a)
Proposed Meet Location: Ralphs Grocery Store 3601 E Foothill Blvd, Pasadena CA.
Proposed Route : Up 210 to Angeles Crest and out to the end and back, stopping to eat at the food joint near the end.
I was thinking just a nice leasurely drive up the crest for some grub and then back, hit up a movie or whatever afterward or just bail and go our own way.
I don't drive that crazy anymore in canyons but my gf likes to drive a little "faster". I also know there are a lot of cops up there on sunday mornings. So if you want to drive fast and get crazy, you go in front.. otherwise we can lead the slow pack.
I'll be at the starting point around 9 and we will wait till about 9:45 and then leave. In case anyone wants to sleep in a little.
I'll be the Vista Blue Mustang w/ black dd bullets in front of Ralphs with a female companion.
So is anyone down for a little meet and greet? Put some faces to usernames?
Bring your cameras.
With my luck either 200 people will show or none....

Maybe we should all bring name tags with our usernames on them! J/K LOL. That sound's awesome...... to bad i'm supposed to go to the mountains this weekend, dam. Well see what happens.

I had that problem with anohter board, i posted in the "kills" (racing) section all the time and they got soo tired of me posting that they made me a global moderator on the both that forum and another one that spawned off of it...
I'm still a moderator of those two Import Forums and ahve been for 6 years or so... I didnt mean to post everything in this forum, still getting the hang of who goes to what subforum(s) so I know who to ask.
besides I'd miss you guys!!!!!!......

I'll be there a little before 9, I have to pick up my girlfriend right down the street and then just go park and wait for you guys...
name tags not necessary but i'm sure we will all introduce ourselves.
Kinda nice to know there are some mustang guys close by.

Once we all hook up and hang out for a bit, we can hit the road and head up the 210 to the 2 and cruise up to that hangout on top and have lunch... pictures etc....
heck one of you might even have added a aftermarket tach to your car and be able to tell me how to install one....
I would say... "i'll be in the mustang with the DD bullets" but seemslike we almost all have the same ones.. hahahahah

I'm guessing 15 minutes at the most...
I goto a party out that way once a month from highland park and it takes me about 15 minutes to get to the exit i take and it's about a mile or so past that.
