for all you norcal mustangs...i recommend Sacramento Mustang for all your part needs. They will get all the parts you need for your mustang. I live in vallejo in the east bay and i drive to Sacramento just to get parts from them. They have great customer service and selection of parts. The shop behind Sacramento Mustang, JT's Performance, is a great place to get your parts installed. They are not overpriced and have good customer service. I had headers, whole suspension, gears and t-lok installed. It took 2 days and the quality is great.

As for tuners, they have diablo predators, not sct..
