Jun 8-9 AAA "Inside the Oval", NO WORK, Charity Practice
Perfect place/time to get autocross experience:
Jun 8-9 AAA (California Speedway, Fontana) "Inside the Oval", NO WORK, Charity Practice
The No Work Charity AutoX practice is BACK! If I recall correctly last year we conflicted with and SDR date, but clear sailing this year.
On Jun 8th and 9th I'm hosting a second annual AutoX practice at Fontana on one of the interior lots. If you're familiar with the SpeedVentures AutoXes, it'll be very similar.
Best part of this practice; Large portion of the proceeds are going to charity! AbilityFirst of Long Beach.
Entry limit is set to only 60 on each day, which means you should expect 16+ runs.
We have 'hired' course workers for this event, the good boys and girls of the CalState Fullerton FSAE team. So NO WORK ASSIGNEMENTS!
Entry fees are kept fairly low at $60, which is the cheapest 'no work' I've ever been a part of.

This is a perfect opportunity for those looking to start the sport (low cost, no pressure, no work), or just looking for great bang for your buck.
AND it's for Charity!
