It's this weekend,Sat the 24th at 8-9am.
I've spent the entire day collecting a total of 76 items of merchandise & gift certificates from local business.
This run is going to be BIG! Not an event you want to miss...and it's for a good cause! I know at least 75-150 confirmed!

I need a head count of veh & people (to know how much food)

if anyone from north county wants to cruise down together a couple of us will be meeting at the Monthly Carlsbad Meet at the outlet mall of palomar airport road in front of the star bucks at 7am probably leave there between 7:30-8am and head down together.

 

Red Cross Run Schedule

Everyone to meet at West Hills High School - 8 to 9am
8756 Mast Blvd. in Santee,92071

We'll head out by 9:15 to the (1) Cyber Brew Coffee Shop
( turn right on Mast Blvd. to Carlton Hills, turn right and then left onto Mission Gorge. Cyber Brew is on the left in Sav-On Plaza)
When leaving Cyber Brew we'll slowly cruise through lot in front of
(2) Sav-On towards(3) Discount Tire at end of plaza.

Next we get on the "52" west, go to the "5"heading south and exit on Balboa/Garnet. Keep going straight through 4 lights,
(4) Mossy Ford is on the right hand side, pull into the parking lot.
We'll all get out & visit near the parts dept & walk through service to meet the guys who donated (5) "Full Metal Jacket" ( your Grand Prize for the raffle,
valued at $499) (858-688-6466)

We head back to the 5 north to 52 east and exit off
Convoy St, turn right.
At the 2nd light we'll be making a U-Turn back to
(6) American Iron Horse to say "thanks" for their donations & check out some AMAZING bikes! Say Hi to Mike & Tim - 858-576-6400
In same lot is (7) J.B.A. Speed Shop, we'll wave "good-bye"
& get back on the 52 east.

Next we get on 15 south to the 8 east & exit on Fairmont/Mission Gorge Rd, turn left at light (stay in right hand lane), at 2nd light we'll turn right into plaza behind the Irish Pub. In back on the right is (8) D.P.R. . We'll all get out & walk through their shop & check out their latest restorations in progress & to thank them for taking part in our run!

When leaving DPR we turn right at the light onto Mission Gorge Rd. Stay in the right lane, we'll be turning right at the split (after KFC.) and go visit J.B.A.'s other location on right side of the road. We'll just be driving through the lot, not getting out of our cars. (you can 'honk' to say hi!)

We turn right out of JBA and stay on Mission Gorge heading east. After going over 3 large mtns. you'll see "Pinacle Peaks" Restaurant on your right, when you see it, get ready to "Honk Hello" to
(9) East County Alignment on your right.

We'll continue heading east on Mission Gorge towards the center of town. Our next stop is (10) Kustom Kulture (619-449-2041) and (11) Roller Skate Land.(562-3790)
We can park & check out Kustom Kulture's shop & maybe the skating rink too (both these shops were VERY generous)

We'll turn right on Mission Gorge again to Towne Center. After 3 lights we'll pull into shopping mall on the right & go visit (12) Firestone. We go back the same way we entered & get back on Miss.Gorge, turn right and go to the 2nd light, turn left into the Trolly Shopping Center towards
(13) T.J.Max . If Mr. "H" comes out to say hello,
we'll stop & let him take a few pics of our group.

Next we head out the back way behind TJ Max & turn right, at Mission Gorge we'll go straight thru the light to
(14) Pep Boys, to say Greg was generous is an extreme understatement!

Leaving Pep Boys, we go left on Mission Gorge to Cuyamacha, turn left. Go to Prospect Ave & turn left. On the right side you'll see what looks like a very 'little' Harley shop,you'll be surprised! I want you to meet Steve & Hopee at
(15) S & H Harley , these are some GREAT people!
Their donations made my eyes "bug-out"!

We'll be turning right back onto Prospect and go to 2nd light, Magnolia, & go right about 1 mile to

Behind Happy Car Wash we'll see
(17) Van Dorns Salon, (make sure to wave to Melody) 619-449-4247

We'll exit the same way we entered & go right onto Magnolia. When we get to Fletcher Pkwy, we'll go straight thru light to
(18) Office Depot at your right, and continue to
(19) Applebee's

we get there! *

ok EVERYONE, I just tallied all the merchandise & gifts donated by local business'...$2,489! Includes the Grand Prize valued at $499!!!!
This is getting HUGE!!!!!

 

Well, we had a totaol of 25 veh. (all stangs, except 1 classic ).
We raised a total of $1,131 for Katrina!
