California Speedway
Not that I can go, is this an open deal where you can run what ever you bring or is it a closed deal where you just watch?
I think up at sears point they have a open deal on thursdays where you run your street car for fun, or atleast they used to. While visiting my buddy in N.Cal we drove down and he ran his 68 road runner. Was cool to see people running real world cars and even old beat up work trucks just for fun. On a side note, he has the 383 and ran a 14.8 completely stock and origional. An old magazine rated it at 15 flat IIRC, so not too shabby for a 30 year old car thats lived a pretty hard life.
Why can't anything happen on thursdays, I can't be the only person in the world working nights and weekends :bang:
