TIME FOR ANOTHER GET TOGETHER GUYS!

Hey everybody! IT's time for another dyno day and get together over at HPE in Houston. Bryan and I will be there Saturday March 12th around 12:30 pm to do some SCT dyno work.....

There's a map on there to help you find it, but it's fairly close to Willowbrook Mall for those who are curious. We've had a few get togethers there in the past few months with a bunch of TMS'ers and it's been a blast. I also put up a post in the Lone Star Stangs website for this one in hopes of an even greater turn out...We got 12 or 13 total mustangs last time out, including 11 '05 GT's in 8 different colors...You can find pics and responses about it in this very same southwest forum. I'll be there, and so will a number of others who are having dyno and SCT work done. Bryan Roberts (2005redgt) will be there with his torch '05 seeing how his new JLT intake does and also his JBA shorty headers. .Maybe we can all get together for some food or just order pizzas and eat right there at the shop...Andre Terranova (Lightning Club of Houston member) will be performing SCT tunes and Chuck and the guys at HPE are very nice, so feel free to come out and see all the nice stangs.....see everyone there....email me for any more info if you'd like!!!!!

Thanks for posting this John. If anyone want to dyno that day, let me know so I can let HPE know. If you want to get a tune for your 05, please let me know as well so I can have Andre (the tuner) bring his stock

Andre is working on a tune for my Lightning right now - hopefully I'll be getting it dyno'd the 5th. I should be able to be there on the 12th with the car. Dunno if I need a dyno, I ain't done anything to the car since last time, except a Steeda panel filter.

I will try to be there. I am interested in how the JLT CAI that Bryan is switching out will perform.
Hey Bryan, John do you have any Dyno sheets you can scan on those Automatics you have? Mine has a strange spike around 5k and just wondered if that was normal.
Bryan, where did you order the JLT CAI from and how long was the wait?
Did they also send you a new tune? I recntly had mine tuned with the SCT and some custom tunes from JDM.

I order it straight from JLT, from Jay I bought the kit for 225, includes a Tune and the Intake Kit.
BTW, I have the same spike, that (I have been told) is the torque converter locking - and seems to be common.

havent seen u guys in a long while, and no one has heard my car since i had my exhaust done. hopefully the weather will be a little better by the time the meet rolls around, i really gotta wash my car...but the rain and the cold aren't helping much.

If you come by that day, the pricing is as follows.
If you are tuning, it is $100 for the Mustang Dyno.
If you just want to make Dyno Runs :
- DynoJet : $65 for 2 runs
- Mustang Dyno : $75 for 2 runs with A/F reading.

I just picked up an 04 GT 2 days ago, looking to meet some people...
Is the meet at HPE the 12th? Looking forward to it if so, strange thing happened, I got up this morning and my wife was gone, went outside to see if her f-150 was gone and she was sittin' in my car makin' noises.
I may have to have her commited, or chained up!

sweet. hopefully we'll have an even bigger turnout than last time. anybody got a telephoto lense to get all the cars in one shot? it was hard enough last time, if we double up, it's gunna be impossible.

Were you aware that HPE's dyno is down right now? Apparently their building got struck by Lightning last week and they're working on the dyno's computer system right now to get it back up.
I don't know how Saturday is going to turn out for us...
