There is another Vista Blue Member.. his name is Paul... hes the club macanic so to speak. pretty much everyone has the same mods as far as basic bolt ons except for the king of bling BOB. He has a few goodies that we all want such as a supercharger and lots of suspension goodies.

Paul just had a diving school accident and broke his ankle pretty bad so he will prob be on during the day.... hes going to be on meds so dont hold what he says against him haha

 

Well, I won't be in town tomorrow, but for the rest of the time I'll see if I can make it out. Most of my mods won't be on till next week. Then I still have a complete drag suspension to put on over the summer. N/A drag car baby!

I'm sure we will lend a hand if we can get away from the wives, X's, and Girlfriends I just ordered my 4.10 gears and installation kit!!! Cant wait till it arrives!... Oh BlueBoss we get a deal on gear installation if you havent already done that mod. Bob Hurley Ford will do it for 200. Next for me is the Eibach Pro Kit, Hurst comp shifter, tires, and tinted windows. Not necessarily in that order. Its going to be a great summer I think!

Well all I can say Paul is the drag tires came today and the wheels should be in either today or tomorrow and your all broken down so the track record is all mine baby yeah!

Jarrod, I have an install kit I did not use for the gears. I'll sell it to you for $45 bucks. Interested? Mine was the first gear install so Benji used all his spare parts on mine first and I had an untouched kit left over

 

Not sure if I baught the right install kit... it was $35 added onto the gear order what install kit should I have baught?

You bought the right kit. You won't need new bearings because you have so few miles on your car. The kit I have has the bearings. I bought it before I knew I didn't need the bearings.

The gears will make a difference on the street and the strip provided you have drag radials for the strip. My 60 foot times did not improve because I lack drag radials, at least for another week anyway.

 

So I take it your getting tires?? hmmm I'm going to use you and David as my test mules and see what works... are you getting something different from him?

 

So is my car scary in a freddy Cruger or Jason way, or is it scary like slimer of of Ghost Busters (yawn)
