I hope to have my '78 Ghia reassembled and drivable by the end of October.
I pulled the transmission 3 years ago to put in a new clutch and things just got a little out of hand. I found some rust hiding behind the undercoating and ended pulling everything out from under the rear to clean it up. Removing undercoating is FUN! :bang:
The rest of the car still needs lots of work, but at least the underside will be clean and shiny!

Welcome to the site Vern. I'd love to check out the Ghia sometime! Never had a chance to really get around that era.

I use 70 as my own personal autobahn- it having replaced the 459 flyover as runway of choice.Never mind those 5 in black, red,sonic, WB and Lime roaming around here.
