Do we have any Houston Area Dealership sales persons on the forum? Just curious. I am planning to order my Mustang in the next two weeks. What kind of deal can I get? Give me contact info.

Thanks,

PS....Anybody in H-town get a good deal at a particular dealership? Let us know.

Go see Tony G. at Ron Carter in Alvin.
Tell him Steve sent you.
He got me one of the first ones in town for $1000 under MSRP in early October.
He is the Fleet Manager Internet Sales guy and also a Mustang man himself.
He kept me well informed all the way through the order process.
Let me know if you want the Phone number, I can e-mail it to you.
Also a bit of a bonus is the Taxes are a little less out there.
I was out there today getting my oil changed and they had a White and aSilver GT on the lot that I could see, maybe more.

While I got x-plan at Bay Area Ford, I would not recommend them. They screwed Steve over, and if I hadn't managed to get the GM involved as early in the process of my order as I did, I think it could have been trouble. They were the poster child for lack of communication/information.

Stay away from Joe Myers. Try Tommie Vaughn Ford.

Why did this get pushed to Southeast ?!?

Don't know, but I live in Clear Lake so that works.

I am going to be contacting every dealer in the Houston area in the next week to start getting pricing info. I just wanted to know if we have any good people to deal with before I start working with the bad people.

It will boil down to who gives me the best deal.

Bay Area may not have been good in the sales department, but their service center is great!

Good question. Do you mind moving this to the SW Region? Thanks.

Service at Ron Carter was good also. I was in and out in 20 Mins. for an oil change.
I have had other vehicles serviced there also and had good service.
Good luck with you order.

I highly recommend Charles Culver at Central Ford (Westheimer just inside the loop). I placed my order back in May '04 and he guided me through the whole order, production and delivery process. He even made it happen that my '05 showed up on my birthday!

As far as pricing, they accepted my x-plan and I was able to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford.

I have since been back for service and they have treated me like a valued customer.
