I called on this yesterday. They said the best thing to do is to register online and print out the registration confirmation and bring it with you. The site is www.premiumcarshows.com. Thy said they have 90 something cars pre-registered right now. Registraion at the show is from 8-noon and awards are at 3pm. They only take 180 cars so pre-registering is probably best. If anyone wants to meet up and go together let us know. Jon & I will probably get there for 9am.

Ah, an open to all show. I'm in, bringing two cars. 02 Neiman-Marcus, and my 07 improved Redfire GT. I'll register them both under Nature Coast Mustang, help us get one of those club awards.

+1 Rubbish. Only 180 cars are allowed in, there are 116 trophys being awarded. All you have to do is PRESENT your ride. CLEAN IT. If you can touch any part of the car with your finger, that part needs to be clean. Pay particular attention to Engine Bay, and Wheels. Stock cars DO WIN TROPHY's
Be there!!

Kat & Jon, with their Snake. Ann & AL blk/tan 05 Vert, Me with T-Bird. Possibly Kirk with 77. and possibly Jamie with Cobra. Thats all who would confirm at the meeting. A late rain is forcast, bring a poncho, or umbrella. (My wife cannot make it so only bringing one car.) My older sister may join me, if not, then its the Mustang.)

Congrat's to the trophy winners. The words "Open Show", was apparently the key phrase. I'll pass on this show next time arround. We were packed in like sardines. Had anyone needed to leave, or had there been an emergency, they, we, would have been in deep doo-doo. One engine fire, and it would have taken out a lot of vehicles. We were all parked door to door and bumper to bumper with barely enough space to stake claim for chairs. There was a hodge-podge of vehicle types, all mixed to gether, sorted ony by year grouping. Pre 48, 49-60, 61-70, 71-85, 86-99, 2000 and newer. Street Rods and Motorcycles had their own class. So foreign, stock, modified, trucks, jeeps, muscle, and daily drivers intermingled those classes. It mattered not what type of vehicle you had, you were welcomed in and all judged on cleanliness. So if that 2000 beetle was cleaner that your 500 HP, you lose. If that stock F150 was cleanner than BigFoot, he won also. Hey even that Toyota Yaris brought home a trophy. Specialty cars mattered not. Now I know it seems like I'm dissing the show, but there were a lot of good choices also. The Local Mopar group there got the Club particiapation Trophy and Money. The trophy's were awesome, except that if you dindn't get the Best of Class one, they were non descript for what you get one for.
Holding it at Cypress Gardens was a treat. By touring the park, it got you out of the 95+degree heat, and there was actually a breeze down by the shops in the park itself. I was able to snap a few photo's and will have them up by this evening. I took a couple of ariel shots from one of the rides, of the show field, so you'll see what I mean by how tiight we were parked.
