Charity Car Show, May 26th, Black Mountain NC

Hi everyone, My mustang Club "Western Carolina Stampede" will be haveing a car show on Saturday May 26th, the show will be hosted by "Black Mountain Ford" in Black Mountain, NC. All our shows are for charity we donate every dime earned to a good cause. You may show any vechicle you wish but only those listed may enter to be judged. There will be classes for all mustang types, Classics (64-84), Gt (85-07), V6(85-07), Saleen, Roush, SVT, Mach1, there will be a Ford Truck class, and a Ford Perfromance Truck class (lightnings, Saleen trucks and so on), there will also be a Focus class. If your vehicle falls into more than one class you will have the option to choose where to compete for example a 70 Mach1 could compete in either Mach1 or Classic classe but not both. There will be music provided by Kiss Country 99.9FM who will broadcast live from the show and give out prizes, Black Mountain Ford will be doing a hot dog grill out, as will as prizes from parts department, and will be showing off the new Saleen Truck and the only Black S281E in the Country thats never been titled. Sagebrush Steakhouse will be onsite to cater with several diner plater choices for $5 each. There will be Vendors includind, parts dealer, t-shirt vendors, custom plate makers, toy car vendors, Appalachian Audio will also be ther with several demo cars and lots of cool stuff to check including some new Digital Design Subwoofer. There will be lots of nice Trophies and included with Best in Show will be a $100 gift certificate to "Year One" who is also a show sponser. There will be tons of door prizes, raffles, and a 50/50 drawing. Appalachian Audio will also be giving away a free stereo system at the show, it will include 1 DD 1512 (12" 250-500rms 1000w peak) with a DD spec box, along with a Power Acoustic 480w amp, 8 guage amp install kit and free installation from Appalachian Audio a total $500 value, to enter drawing for the system you can buy tickets at Appalachian Audio before the show or from thier booth during the show, tickets will be $1 and all the money will also be donated to the charity and all show entries will get one free raffle ticket. First 50 entrys will recieve a free club t-shirt with your Year one grab bag. Entry fee will be $20 to enter in the show. Vendors are also welcome we ask vendors pre register before May 1st, there is no fee for first year vendors, second year and on have a $20 vendor fee. When does entry fee need to be paid by. Can I pre-register & pay at the door?

works for me

also i dont think its on the form but please let us know if you want a l or XL t-shirt if you are one of the first 50 entries (just go ahead and put it on the form then if you get a shirt its the right size and if you dont no worries) or if you dont want one let us know and well give it to someone else.
