there are a couple of dynos in the area of Chattanooga. One is five minutes from me and the other is in Charleston Tn.

cyoda44, there is a chassis dyno very close to where your car was purchased. The dyno is located at Air Cooled Classics on Lexington Drive (off of Pellissippi Parkway) and their phone number is (865)671-4914. I used it a year ago to dyno a car so I assume they still have it for use.

 

Thanks guys.... I give them all a call since I'm down in Chatt and Cleveland all the time. Also Air Cooled is close by so I might go that route.

 

I'm from Clarksville as well, and picked up my '05 GT on Nov 22nd from Jenkins & Wynne. They are now down to about twelve '04 Mustangs, thanks to some serious rebates/incentives.

I got my GT Dec. 9th from Mtn. View Ford. The same day I sold my Red 2000 V6. As I was on the phone with the girl that was buying my Mustang to arrange for the delivery of the car I get a call from Mtn. View Ford that my car just came in. It was wild.

cyoda44: Did you get your Black GT from Ted Russell Ford? If so, I saw it the day they were cleaning it up back sometime I think in Oct. I work out of Knoxville so I had stoped by on the home to Chattanooga to see if they had one and they had just got yours in along with a few Red V6's. It was in the shop and I was just sitting there freaking out. That was the day I made my mind up on the red leather interior. I knew whatever I did I was going red. I almost got black but did silver just beacause I am a clean freak when it comes to my car. Black is a great color but hard to keep clean. Your black Gt, if the same car I saw was beautiful.

By the way, do you guys get approached from strangers every single day with people complenting you on your 05 Mustang?

I thought that was your Mustang! That black is one beautiful color. I will not forget that day. I was about to hop in your GT and drive off. LOL. Thats how bad I wanted one. I had been following the concept car a year before the production began. Your GT was the first one I saw and the only one when I decided to order mine. I was at first going to get a V6 but I am so glad I went with my GT. Higher payments and insurance but well worth it.

Well let us know when you move. A get together sounds great. I dont know much about cars and Mustangs overall but I would love learn more.

I am from canton, Ohio now, but I am moving to the Shelbyville area at the end of February as soon as our house is complete. I think we are about 10 minutes from the Jack Daniels Distillery. I am currently looking for any Mustang clubs around in that area if anyone has any info. I'd greatly appreciate it!!
