Well if awards were my only concern (and they are nice), I have come to a serious conclusion - DON'T do a show with Perry and Jackie....

I hate I missed sat and sun!!
I went late to the burnout contest, it was a lot of fun!
even a diesel ford truck did some burnouts!

I had to take my mother to a bridal shower (friends girlfriend) in Jupiter sat. and ended up in Orlando sun evening...****...if the guy getting married wasn't my best friend...I would just stayed.

But at least the saturday before that I went to waterford lakes to the mustang show also, but it looked nothing like the pics I am seeing here...

The pictures are great!

It makes my mustang feel ...so....stock!...

Thats why its sweet when we all get awards (like the MOSI show last year) The Stangs in our group are equally as nice, just modded differently I am not sure why only our S197 got awards I really think you guys should have won also. Your Stangs are so nice!

 

Just something about a clean black Mustang. I don't think mine could be any cleaner, but white just doesn't look as good when clean. It looks better when dirty than black, but I don't think that means anything at a car show.

I'm just going to have to get vertical doors, I guess.

If you put vertical doors on that car I will never forgive you.

Perry, you are too nice. That car is much cleaner and nicer than my car. Getting trophies is fun, but when EVERYONE gets one it's kinda like little league. When you get one of the few trophies, it's because you really deserved it.

Perry's car is perfect because it straddles the line - the combo of the color and the mods is enough to be in your face and really get your attention.

But it is NOT in anyway over the top like that white lamo-doored V-6 parked just down from us with the wacky paint job and stickers on it.
