Question Anyone in the Charleston, SC area willing to give me a hand?

I just bought a CDC Shaker system for my my 2010 Mustang GT. However, I am really nervous about cutting my hood. I have read the Instructions over and over. All I really need is someone to double check behind me while I do the mod so I do not make a mistake.

If you can help me out and want to just keep me company as I do all the work, send me a PM and we will get in touch!

I'm not in your area but did mine a few years ago. It is nerve racking at first but is easy to do overall. The nerves go away right after you drill the first pilot hole lol. Biggest advice: apply multiple layers of tape, make sure you place something underneath the hood so you're blade doesn't contact anything else, use an old blanket under the hood to catch the shavings, and most important buy GOOD blades. Seems to me I bought a four pack of Milwaukee blades and went thru those before I was half done. I believe I finished it using a single dewalt blade after that.

I also got the Boss style hood decal. Should I put that on first before cutting the hole? It may be easier that way.

I'd put on the stripe second. Dont want to take a chance on fouling it up during the shaker install.

I ended up doing it yesterday and I am pretty proud of myself for doing it.
