27th Annual Mustang, Shelby & Ford Roundup

To be held at: The Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI), 4801 East Fowler Ave, Tampa, Florida, USA

The show is sponsored by the Mustang Club of Tampa, MOSI and Bill Currie Ford. Any Ford-powered vehicle may enter the show. It is a judged show with comparison to guidelines, not to other cars in the field. Here are some key changes for this year:

• First 100 to pre-register get 27th Anniversary Show T-shirt!!
• Only pre-registered cars will be judged!!
• New class breakdown with Best of Class trophies!
• New class for young owners (20 and younger)!
• Day-of-Show entries will enjoy a Top 20 popular vote selection!

We are expecting 200+ cars and the registration fee includes 2 free passes to the Museum. There is no charge to simply visit and view the cars. All Show details can be found in the attached flyer.

I know it's still early, but how about breakfast before the show? Last year a bunch of us (actually only 2 of us, me and ol'Dave) met at the Cracker Barrel at Bruce B. Downs and Bearss Ave (which opens at 06:00). It's less that 4 miles from MOSI and about 7 miles from the Big Top. We could:

-Meet for Breakfast at 6:00-ish.
-Get to the Big Top by 7:30 or so.
-Leave Big Top for the show at 8:00

 

Sent in my registration this week, see if I get a T-shirt or not.

How bout meeting at the Cracker Barrel on I75 & 98/50 for B'fast and then caravan down from there. That's what we did for the Fantasy of Flight show and seemed to be centrally located for all of the nature coast mustangs to meet up at.

Thoughts/ suggestions??

 

Waaaaay too far for me to travel and then back-track. I'm coming from Plant City which is East of the show. Whatever the group agrees on is ok with me, I only suggested that particular Cracker Barrel because it was the closest one to the show and the Big Top.

 

Agreed. Besides, I live right down the road

 

I'm down with the original for the same reason...... I'm about as east of the show as you can get

Thanks Chris. I sent mine in a few weeks ago and the check has cleared, so should I expect some kind of confirmation in the mail? Looking forward to the show as always.

You are #29 on the list and you should have received an email confirming your registration. We don't snail mail confirmations unless someone specifically requests one. So check your inbox, spam filter or deleted items!

 

Looks like I am coming too. But only with my fancy V6 Hertz Mustang :-).
