Revell 2015 Mustang Model Kit 1/25

I completed the build today. It was fun. Be warned the headlight assembly is a pain to get in once the paint is done. I scratched mine. The build is far from perfect. But, it works. I did the detail painting with Paint Sharpies and the body with Testors new One Coat Lacquer. It is a SNAP kit so very easy to build. The kit is identical to the one given out to kids at the Detroit Auto Show, minus the decal on the base. I painted the body and detailed the interior and body. It is not perfect by any means, but I had fun and I think it looks decent.

Thank you guys! I also wanted to warn builders about the weak A-Pillars. They can break easily. Mine did on the passenger side.

Thanks! Yeah, the blue is actually darker than it looks in the pics. It is pretty much identical to DIB.

Thank you! I got it at my local Hobbytown USA store. $12.95. Sure beats the ridiculous prices gougers are trying to hock the the Autoshow editions for online! The kit I got is identical to it minus the printed auto show writing on the base.

Don't worry, Ford will send you yours.................just as soon as they've sent me mine

But, seriously, that's the nicest S550 I've seen yet, and I'd have a 1:1 version in a heartbeat!

It is Testors "Star Spangled Blue" Fast Drying One Coat Lacquer. Found at most hobby stores. I got mine at Hobby Lobby.
