These are the first metal based Johnny Lightning castings to come out of China in quite some time. Give them a little time and they will get everything straightened out. The same people that owned and ran Johnny Lightning from 1994 until 2004 are again running the show so you should see things improve quickly.

 

Yeah, I realize that. I was a bit harsh, but it was disappointing right out of the box. I'm glad I got it bent into place though.

 

I like these Maisto police 2015 Mustangs. Especially, the matte black one.

Latest eBay purchase......another Auto World S550 1/64......Ruby Red this time

 

Ya! Both are nice. The glossy one is old, from late 2014, I think. But the matte one is just being phased out from Target stores, but is online still. I had to get mine online because I made too many wrong decisions to put it back when I saw it in stores.

 

Nice! This red is their "chase" model. It's hard to find. I have never found an Auto World chase in person. The hardest chases to find are the "raw" bare metal ones.

 

A tip paid off this morning. Finds on my way to work.

It was a good day of finds.

 

I got some goodies you have not seen before:

Jada Battle Machines 2006 Mustang 1/64 scale in the back row.

In the front brand new maisto mustangs from 5 and 9 packs found at walmart.

Maisto redid there packaging so look for spiffier looking boxes.

A new blue 1999 mustang, a white 2015 mustang, and a blue 2015 cop car mustang.

Awesome! I must find that Police 2015 Mustang! I have seen the white ones and the new packaging. But, I'll have to pay closer attention for the blue car! Nice!!
