I saw a Maisto 2013 Boss 302 the other day at my kid's lower elementary school. The student had used it in a diorama. I have never seen one on the shelf.

This one? It's just now coming out. I'm anxious to get one.

Maisto 1/64s are found at Walmarts, Targets, Toys R Us stores and some others. They are the same size as Hotwheels or Matchbox. One drawback is they do not have interiors. The windows are blacked out. But, you get nice details of the bodies.

LOL, I did mention it to my wife. I believe it was more of a red color and had 5 spoke rims though.

Good observation. The pic I posted is a preproduction. The version that is in stores and which was used in the kid's project has the five spokes.

I have a good eye for die cast. Been collecting for 40+ years and have about 14,000 pieces myself, Johnny Lightnings, Greenlights, Autoworlds, Hotwheels, Matchboxes, Tomica, etc. If you have ever visited www.jlcollector.net or www.glcollector.com, those are both my websites.

Wow! I have visited those sites for many years! I had no idea they were yours. Very cool. I've been a diecast collector for a while, too. Not that long though lol.

Glad you enjoy the sites! I have one for matchbox, too, but it only has certain series on it. I haven't added anything to it in years either. http://mboxcollector.tripod.com/.
