It really is a beauty!

 

it's amazing how you can make a 75 cent car look a million times better with some details... the white one is a Suntoys casting from Dollar General...the red Lightning is MB andthe orange is a Motormax Fastlane casting I added HW wheels to.

I am looking for the maisto 04 F-150 FX4 and the new 09 Supercrew from Hotwheels...

 

saw the 1:18 GT500KR Black on Black KITT at Toys R Us along with the red 07 GT500 Supersnake...couldn't get myself to pay the $35.99 though! Plus I really don't collect that scale anymore.

 

went to Restoration Hardware and got the Black Hornet 1/64 Shelby Collectibles and the white GT350.

just a heads up, Hotwheels has the Color Shifters 05 Mustang GT out. It's starting to hit ebay in small numbers (not in Thailand where the auctions are for preproduction models) but in California etc. Check Walgreens!

Also, finally found a black bandit and toys r us yesterday!

 

well as an update to ring in the new year. the mainline version of the HW 2010 Mustang, looks to be out, or very soon and is identical to the LA auto show car. The only diff is the card, which has the yellow stripe on the side versus the blue on the LA card.
