Happy Father's Day
Yesterday I went to a Mattel Toy Store. There are 4 in Southern CA, 2 in TX and 1 in WI. The closest one to me is about 25 minutes away. They had a large selection of HotWheels and a buy 1 get one for a penny deal. I found this little guy there (actually there were a ton of them!).
I went late in the afternoon about a half hour before they closed. On my way out the cashier asked me if I wanted to enter their Father's Day drawing and so I did. When I got home there was a message on my machine that I had won the drawing.
Couldn't make out what the prize was but it's something HotWheels. I'll pick it up on Tuesday and see what it is. I'll probably donate it to some worthy cause.

Hey congrats Ray ... I remember that place in City of Industry... I used to live very close to that place and I remember driving by that as a kid, funny enough mom & dad never took me, probably a good idea at the time.

I went by the Mattel Store this morning to pick-up my prize. She says that I had won a HotWheels tote bag. So I thought "cool", I can put some of my Mustang stuff in it. She brings it out and it's stuffed with toys!
I'll donate most of it to the needy.
