I'm just glad the lady wasn't killed. Just because someone has good taste in cars doesn't mean they have brains.

The sad thing is this is why the Mustang is number two in mid size vehicle fatalities. Idiots behind the wheel.

"Foreman has a criminal background, which includes arrests for DUI, driving with a suspended license and numerous traffic citations."

with a history like that, this guy will always be in trouble if he doesn't stay locked up. oh well, better him than me.

You know, now that I read that, it's the city's fault to for re-issuing this idiot a license .

There's no way an idiot like that should have even been out in public let alone allowed to drive a car. The legal system is at fault.

Makes you wonder how someone with a record like that can end up behind the wheel of a car like that...

No the jack*ss who got behind the wheel is at fault. You cant babysit people all the time. If thats the way we are heading as a society then just shoot the guy and be done with it and save the taxpayers money and stop the stupid lawsuits.
