Would You Pay $29k For This?
I found a tricked out 2005 V6 Mustang at a dealer in Chester, Virginia near Richmond. The window sticker put me into shock: the MSRP was originally $22K, but with the dealer's add-ons, it became $29K. The work was done by DR Customs 804-931-6691. I don't know how much they charge for their work, only how much the dealer is asking...
Would you seriously buy this at that price?
Ducktail or no, it seems pretty steep to me!

if it is tweaked to 300hp why not
?
if it is tweaked to 300hp why not
?you'd still be paying $5,000.00 more for that than a GT that already has 300 hp.
I agree with y'all on this one. My first reaction was "hey, that's pretty cool" then I saw the price tag and I said "whoa!"
The dealer may not expect to net the full amount, but they certainly managed to get traffic into the dealership! That may have been their goal all along.
Galaxie, I agree about the stripes. They should finish 'em. Down the bumper at least. There are only a few flames going over the roof.
I don't know who actually produces the ducktail or quarter window piece. In fact, the dealer didn't seem to know much about the conversion, other than who did it. I included the phone number in my initial post. You can give them a buzz if you'd like more info.

Nope for me - I think this is just a dealer's attempt to try to get more V6's out the door because they are having a hard time keeping GT's on the lot for more than an hour after they are off the trailer.
