"As of March 14th, your unit is scheduled to be built week of March 14th". Sure it's good news, but I want to hear something a little different if you know what I mean!

Will today be the day that the ERL tells me the good news, or will I have to endure even more torture? ERL is such a tease...

Same week as me! I called yesterday to Ford Customer Service and my dealer to check on the status and they both told me the car has been produced already and is getting shipped now.

Should be interesting to see which of us gets theirs first...where do you live?

Let me know when the automated line updates for you and I will do the same as well. Still says as of Mar 14 the vehicle is scheduled to be built week of Mar 14.

I found out yesterday my car was shipped this past Saturaday(the 12th). I can't wait to get it!!! It is a satin silver vert with IUG and sports appeance package. I will let you all know when it gets here.

 

Will do sir! I'm glad to know that someone else's says the same thing. I'm getting really nervous that I'm going to call in and it will tell me I've been bumped to week of March 21st, 2006! :shock:

Hey guys. I'm scheduled to be built this week also. The computer lady is also telling me "As of march 18th your car is scheduled to be built the week of march 14th." hopefully itll change soon!!!!

 

what number do you call to see the status of your car being built??

Well unless that's a typo you have a bit of a different message than I am getting from the ERL. She's still telling me as of March 14 my vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of March 14. Called customer service again today and they still confirm that my vehicle is now in production

 

I ordered about two weeks ago, and my dealer said the order would get pulled tomorrow...it's C/U now. Is pulled the same as serialized?
I can't find the thread that explains how this works.

 

well i talked to ford customer service today and they said it was being produced and its ETA was April 10th. So I called my dealership since the ford guy said theyd have better info, and they said the ETA was April 1st!!! Well I hope the dealership is right!!!!

 

Just called the ERL and she said that as of March 15, my vehicle has been shipped by convoy carrier!

Thats awesome...now I have to do some research and find out if that actually means that its being shipped to me via convoy, or being taken via convoy to a mixing yard to be put on a train or what...

 

Thanks for posting so late at night, you inspired me to call the ERL. "As of March 16th, your vehicle has been produced" Hasn't shipped, or been released or anything, but hey, it's been produced baby!!!!

Now, how long will it take to get out of the yard and onto a train, then to Phoenix, then to my dealer? Hmmmm, any bets on how much sleep I will be getting tonight?

haha...I'm right there with you... Have been going back and doing searches on how long its taken for people to get their cars since having my status, then trying to find people specifically in my area to see how long it's taken them... Looks like 1-2 weeks typically however some people are apparently having problems with their car being held up in a mixing lot waiting to be put on a train and shipped. I guess what's next for me is just to hope to hear that I'm on a railcar, and then it's all clear sailing!

 

Alright well as of tonight I called the ERL and my car has arrived at the ramp. That's good news as I know the ramp is within an hour or my dealership! Fingers are crossed that I will be recieving the car tomorrow or Wednesday...I'm having a rough time sleeping tonight!

 

for all of you who have eagerly been awaiting my delivery of the Black Stang, I have some good news. I finaly have a build date! April 4th.
