We had Gina out on some pretty curvy roads running pretty hard in front of a WRX sti when my wife reaches up toward the top of her window. I see her hand grab and whiff at the air...

"Honey, there's no "OH *(#*$" handle!"

"That's ok, baby. Just use your legs to wedge yourself back in your seat and pull the seatbelt a little tighter."

This car Rocks. It's solid, agile, fast and gets looks everywhere we go. It has far exceeded our expectations for a pony car.

I'm surprised she didn't say anything about the lack of vanity mirrors.

The first time I really got on it from a stop with my g/f in the car, she screamed and grabbed wildly for the non-existant oh s*%# bar. She wound up settling for holding onto the edge of the dashboard in a death grip, lol.

Sorry I meant the lights in the vanity mirrors. Some of things they did to save a buck in this car makes me wonder. I'm still getting one though if it ever gets a build date.

I don't do my makeup while driving. Why would I need a light on my mirror? :P

I would have thought they would have put in those lighted vanity mirrors with the IUP, ah well, no big deal for me.

My 99 didnt have the handles either... I dont think Stangs come with em... Ya know there is a reason they call them @#$% handles. Its cuz thats the first exclamation of your passanger when you take a turn at high speeds. Make sure yer hiney is far enough back in the seat, plant your feet flat, and push your back into the seat. Youll be right as rain. The new seats hold you much better than its previous sisters. I have been a passanger in a full spin in my 05, and had no problems.

NOTE: Spin in a closed parking lot, experienced driver at the wheel. Dont try this at home.
