WIDEST WHEEL for a S197?

Does anybody know if I can fit an 11 or 12 inch WIDE wheel on my car. I would literally do anything (shorter axles, relocating stuff around) to get them to fit. Please help guys.

Whiteline suspension components offers an alternative swaybar that allows the use of wider wheels. You could do that in conjunction with removing the sheetmetal on the inner fender that creates the landing pad for the bumpstop then relocate the bumpstop so that it connects with the inner frame rail which would allow the widest possible tire and wheel fitment without destroying the handling on your car.

You would probably be able to fit a 315 or maybe even 325 width tire in that application.

I can tell you as it is, with the stock wheels and a 305/45R18 I've got about an 1/8th inch or less between the tire and the inner fender while the outside is almost to the point where bottoming out would cause the tire to rub.

Sounds great guys. What pricing would I be looking at with relocation products for suspension?
