Am I just not finding it or did Ford not include an outside temp gauge? This is the first car I've had without that gauge. Not that it matters tremendously, it just is interesting to see how hot/cold it is outside.

No, it doesn't have one. I like that feature also. I think you can add a Homelink mirror and get one that way though.

Kinda... There are two RVM's available. One has the temp & compass and I believe runs in the ball park of $250 or $300. The other has the previous two features plus the homelink feature which allows you to do the garage door opener thing, and bluetooth wireless with the celly I think it runs $450.

This is one of the very few options that I do miss from my Grand Prix!
Don't really know why, I just do! Now that I think of it only other option that I miss from that car was the heads up display. That was really cool.

Not like there's room to change clothes anyway.

I have the 2005 mustang accessories book. The homelink mirror has the option for temperature and a compass to be displayed.

Well, while we're at it...

The compass, and temperature, auto climate controls, keypad locks, air suspension, driver and passenger 8 way seat, memory driver seat, motorized steering wheel tilt/telescope, adjustable pedals, puddle lights, and mirror mounted turn signals. What did I leave out?... Oh yeah, HID lamps, and automatic lamps.

Then you could spend $45K for it and call it a Lincoln.

/things my Mark VIII had (or I coveted from later years...)

The only thing I wish my car had but doesn't is fold flat rear seats. I think it would be cool to have the effect of having no back seats when you fold them down like the 2+2 Mustangs of the 60s had. That would be very clasic Shelby-like.
